The Shunned - Jay  Hughes The jury is still out on this one. I did not like it as much as I wanted to. The story line is way too simple or too convenient. I had trouble keeping track of the point of view it went from 3rd person to omnipresent and back and...
Also I did not like the way the writer wrote about the Amish. It is not my thing either, don't get me wrong but it thought it a little spiteful. I know the main character run away from there so he had no friendly feelings but still.
Also as a romance goes, you don't loose your virginity (which was a major plot line) to a person you don't end up with. Unless it are dead husbands or high school sweethearts.

The good things were the cover and the blurb I guess.
